- Instant coffee powder 4 tsps
- Sugar 2 tbsps
- Castor sugar ⅓ cup
- Lemon 1
Step 1. Boil 4 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, add coffee powder and mix well. Take the pan off the heat and set aside and cool down to room temperature.

How to Make Iced Coffee (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Boil 4 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, add coffee powder and mix well. Take the pan off the heat and set aside and cool down to room temperature.
- Pour the coffee decoction into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
- Spread cup castor sugar on a plate. Halve the lemon and rub one half on the edges of 4 tall glasses. Place the glasses upside down in castor sugar till their rims are coated well.
- Place the glasses on the worktop, tear some mint leaves and put into them.
- Place a lemon slice in each glass and add some crushed ice.
- Pour coffee decoction into the glasses and serve.
