Ingredients

  • Tea bags 4 to 5
  • Fresh mint leaves as required
  • Castor sugar 1½ tbsps
  • Lemon juice 2 tsps
  • Ice cubes as required

Methods

  • Heat 4 cups of water in a non-stick pan, add tea bags and bring the water to a boil.
  • Add 6-8 mint leaves, castor sugar, mix well and then strain into a bowl and set aside to cool down.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour into 4 tall glasses laden with ice cubes and 2-3 hand torn mint leaves. Serve immediately.
