- Tea bags 4 to 5
- Fresh mint leaves as required
- Castor sugar 1½ tbsps
- Lemon juice 2 tsps
- Ice cubes as required
- Heat 4 cups of water
in a non-stick pan, add tea bags and bring the water to a boil.
- Add 6-8 mint leaves,
castor sugar, mix well and then strain into a bowl and set aside to cool down.
- Add lemon juice and
- Pour into 4 tall glasses
laden with ice cubes and 2-3 hand torn mint leaves. Serve immediately.
