How to Make Mojito Ice Lolly (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Put some mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add sugar syrup, lime cordial, lemon juice and lemon rind. Add some water and shake this mixture.
  2. Pour this mixture in ice lolly moulds and freeze it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
  3. Unmould and serve with a sprig of mint leaves.
