A fantastic and instant energy booster


  • Wheat cereal 2 cups
  • Peanut butter 130 gms
  • Brown sugar 110 gms
  • Honey 120 gms
  • Raisins 110 gms
  • Garnishing
  • Almonds, chopped as required
  • Pistachios, chopped as required


  • Take wheat cereal in a mixing bowl, and crush with your hands.
  • Heat peanut butter in non-stick pan on low heat, add brown sugar and honey and mix well. Cook till well mixed.
  • Add this mixture to the wheat cereal and mix pressing with the spoon. Add raisins and mix.
  • Spread this in a greased burfi tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios on top and set aside to cool for 1-2 hours.
  • Cut into bars and serve on a platter or store in an air-tight container for a few days.
