Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips 200 gms
  • Salsa
  • Medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped 5
  • Medium onion, finely chopped 1
  • Garlic, finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice ½ tbsp
  • Green chilli, finely chopped 1
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsps
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Kissan tomato ketchup 4 tbsps
  • Salt to taste
  • Processed cheese, grated 4 tbsps

How to Make Nachos with Sasla (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Take tomatoes in a large bowl, add onion, garlic, lemon juice, green chilli, coriander leaves, sugar, tomato ketchup and salt and mix well.
  3. Place tortilla chips on an ovenproof plate, spoon salsa over them and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Keep the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  5. Serve immediately.
