Roasted peanuts and sesame seeds give a lovely flavour and texture to these oats laddoos

Ingredients

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 1 cup
  • Roasted white sesame seeds ¼ cup
  • Ghee ¼ cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Jaggery, grated ¾ cup
  • Honey 2 tbsps

Methods

  • Roast together oats, peanuts and sesame seeds in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool and put into a blender jar and blend.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add ghee, cardamom powder, jaggery and honey and mix well with your hands.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
  • Serve on a platter or store in an airtight container.
