A blend of different
textures and flavours blending well together, this salad is very palatable
- Tender spinach (palak), roughly chopped ½ cup
- Green gram sprouts (ankurit moong), blanched ½ cup
- Fresh pomegranate pearls (anaar) ½ cup
- Medium green capsicum, roughly chopped ½
Step 1. Take spinach, sprouts, pomegranate pearls, capsicum, cucumber, apple, salt and red chili powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 2. Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies and yogurt in a blender jar and blend to make the dressing.

- Green chillies, slit 3 to 4
- Yogurt 4 tbsps
- Lemon juice 4 tsps
- Lettuce leaves a few to serve
How to Make Palak Sprouts aur Anaar ka Salad (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Take spinach, sprouts, pomegranate pearls, capsicum, cucumber, apple, salt and red chili powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies and yogurt in a blender jar and blend to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over the salad in the bowl, mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Spread lettuce leaves on a serving platter, put the salad over them and serve immediately.
