Serve this fudge to the little ones and see them finish it in no time

Ingredients

  • Chunky peanut butter 150 gms
  • Salted butter 100 gms
  • Sugar 150 gms
  • Icing sugar 300 gms
  • Roasted peanuts, crushed 2 tbsps

Methods

  • Heat peanut butter in a non-stick pan till it begins to melt. Add salted butter and mix well.
  • Add sugar and cook stirring continuously. Add icing sugar and continue to cook stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.
  • Transfer it onto a greased tray and let it cool down to room temperature. Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve.
