- Yogurt 4 cups

Step 1. For each portion, roughly chop 1 pear and put into a blender jar. Add 4 tbsps pomegranate pearls and blend well.
Step 2. Keep a sieve lined with muslin cloth over a bowl, put the blended mixture into it and squeeze to extract all the juice.

How to Make Pear & Pomegranate Smoothie (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- For each portion, roughly chop 1 pear and put into a blender jar. Add 4 tbsps pomegranate pearls and blend well.
- Keep a sieve lined with muslin cloth over a bowl, put the blended mixture into it and squeeze to extract all the juice.
- Pour the juice into a big jar, add 1 cup yogurt and 3 tbsps sugar and blend with a hand blender.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass, garnish the rim of the glass with a pear slice and mint sprig and serve.
- Make 3 more glasses in the same way.
