- Sprouted pigeon peas ¾ cup
- Medium potatoes, boiled and peeled 3
- Medium onion, finely chopped 1

Step 1. Take pigeon pea sprouts, potatoes, onion, potato, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, cashewnuts, coriander leaves and cornflour in a bowl and mash everything together.

Method
- Take pigeon pea sprouts, potatoes, onion, potato, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, cashewnuts, coriander leaves and cornflour in a bowl and mash everything together.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the cutlets in it and cook, turning sides, till they are evenly golden and crisp on both sides.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
