  • Raisins 4 tsps
  • Lemon juice 2 tsps
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsps
  • Strawberry ice cream 4 scoops
  • Chocolate vermicelli ¼ tbsp

How to Make Stuffed Apple Boats (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Halve both the apples vertically. Scoop out the flesh with a scooper to create a cavity.
  2. Take the chopped apples in a bowl. Chop the dates and add to the apples. Chop the walnuts and add. Add raisins, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and sugar and mix well.
  3. Stuff the scooped out apple cases with this mixture and press lightly. Place a scoop of strawberry ice cream over each apple half. Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli on top.
  4. Keep the apple boats in a serving platter and serve immediately.
