  • Sweetened condensed milk 200 gms
  • Strawberry crush 1 cup
  • Kiwi crush 1 cup
  • Strawberry slices to garnish
  • Kiwi slices to garnish

How to Make Tart Bites (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Put 1 cup custard in each of 2 bowls. Add 100 gms condensed milk in each bowl and mix well.
  3. Add strawberry crush in one bowl and kiwi crush in the other and mix well.
  4. Fill the two custard in two separate piping bags fitted with star nozzles and refrigerate.
  5. Arrange the canapés in a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake them for 5 minutes.
  6. Get the canapés out of the oven, arrange them on a serving platter and let them cool.
  7. Cut strawberries and kiwis for garnishing. Get the piping bags out of the refrigerator.
  8. Pipe half the canapés with strawberry custard and the remaining with kiwi custard.
  9. Garnish the strawberry tart bites with kiwi slices and the kiwi tart bites with strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
