- Broken wheat (dalia) ¾ cup
- Medium carrot, chopped 1
- French beans, chopped ½ cup
- Green peas, blanched ½ cup
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for 1 minute

How to Make Vegetable Dalia (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for 1 minute.
- Add carrot, onion and French beans, mix and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add broken wheat, tomato and green peas, mix and saute for1 minute.
- Add 1½ cups hot water and mix well. Let the mixture come to a boil.
- Add salt and mix well and cook till done.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
