Put 1 cup pineapple
dices in a blender jar, add watermelon juice, lemon juice, castor sugar and 2 tsps honey and mix. Add pineapple squash and blend till smooth.
Scoop out balls of
watermelon with a scooper and keep them on the worktop.
Put a couple of
watermelon balls in each small soup cups, put a few pineapple dices and fill them up with the soup. Decorate the dishes in which the soup cups are kept with a watermelon scoop and a few pineapple dices. Keep the cups in the refrigerator for a while to chill.
