How to Make Wheat Waffles (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Take whole wheat flour, gluten free flour, soy milk, egg, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder and apple sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and whisk into a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Brush waffle iron with butter and pour a ladleful of batter into it. Cover and cook till golden from both sides. Take it off on a serving plate.
- Use up the rest of the batter similarly.
- Serve hot with some fresh fruits of your choice.
