Zucchini and refined
flour patties make a great snack that go well with cups of hot tea
- Zucchinis 2
- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Medium onion, finely chopped 1
- Salt to taste
Step 1. Grate 2 zucchinis into a bowl. Squeeze out excess water and put into another bowl.
Step 2. Add coriander leaves, onion, salt, white pepper powder, egg and refined flour and mix well.

How to Make Zucchini Patties (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Grate 2 zucchinis into a bowl. Squeeze out excess water and put into another bowl.
- Add coriander leaves, onion, salt, white pepper powder, egg and refined flour and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a pattie. Place them in the hot pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked and golden.
- Drain them on absorbent paper.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
