Ingredients

  • Kiwi, peeled and finely chopped 200 gms
  • Pineapple, peeled and finely chopped 200 gms
  • Ripe banana, peeled and finely chopped 1
  • Fresh mint leaves, hand torn 10 to 12
  • Rose syrup ¼ cup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Pineapple juice 2½ cups
  • Drinking soda, chilled 1 cup

How to Make Mid Summer Dream (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Put kiwi, pineapple, banana and mint leaves in a big jar.
  2. Add rose syrup, 5-6 ice cubes, pineapple juice and soda and mix well.
  3. Pour into tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
